This position plays a key role in supporting Mosaic’s development pipeline, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance projects through regulatory approvals. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting planning initiatives in Mosaic’s key development areas;

  • Contributing to the planning pipeline by identifying opportunities to optimize land use, lot layouts, and market potential;

  • Interpreting and applying planning policy documents and legislation; and

  • Representing the company on local land use committees and fostering positive relationships with community members and government agencies.

What We’re Seeking:

  • 3 + years’ project management or planning experience in the property/real estate industry;

  • Degree in Urban Planning, Project Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field;

  • Membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;

  • Strong working knowledge of BC planning legislation, municipal processes, and development approvals; and

  • A valid Driver’s Licence.
