Looking for a role where you can make a real impact behind the scenes? Join our Track & Structures team and help bring smarter planning and smoother operations to life as we roll out Maximo across the department.
Are you ready to play a key role in modernizing how the TTC manages its Track & Structures assets? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help drive the implementation of Maximo within our department.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the TTC to plan, review, and schedule work activities that keep our city moving. You’ll be instrumental in creating and documenting job plans in Maximo, coordinating with various groups, and supporting users to ensure a smooth transition and effective system adoption.
You will be managing and reviewing work orders in Maximo, ensuring resources are efficiently assigned to meet operational goals. You will also be creating and issuing preventive maintenance tasks for track and structural assets, supporting safety and reliability standards. This will also include keeping Maximo data accurate and up to date, including job plans, failure codes, labor, tools, and materials while helping enhance Maximo functionality and support employee training to maximize system effectiveness. You will also contribute to the development and analysis of KPI reports to drive continuous improvement across the Track & Structures department.
Beyond Maximo, you’ll help maintain a dynamic list of ongoing initiatives and projects, working directly with stakeholders to align resources, identify constraints, and support critical phases of repairs, inspections, inventories, replacements, and rehabilitation efforts.
