Cayuga Displays Inc. is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Finisher to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, curing, and inspecting metal parts to ensure a high-quality finish that meets company standards. This role supports production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare parts for powder coating by cleaning and properly prepping surfaces
Apply powder coating using a manual electrostatic spray gun
Operate curing ovens according to required drying and cure times
Inspect finished parts for defects, coverage, and consistency
Perform routine quality testing and inspections
Complete job-related time sheets accurately
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work flexible lunch and break times as required by production schedules
Assist in other departments when needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Ability to prepare parts for powder coating and apply coatings using a manual electrostatic spray gun
Operate curing ovens according to required drying and cure times
Inspect finished parts for defects, coverage, and consistency
Perform routine quality testing and inspections
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours per day
High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience is an asset
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is an asset
1 year of prior powder coating or industrial finishing experience
Proficient in English
Eligible to work in Canada
Available to work the Tuesday-Thursday and Friday shift pattern required for the role
