Pre-Construction New Home Sales Agent

What You’ll Do

• Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities
  
• Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
  
• Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal
  
• Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures
  
• Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed
  

Requirements

• Active Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative License (required)
  
• Pre-construction or new home sales experience (preferred)
  
• Strong communication, follow-up, and client service skills
  
• Organized, driven, and able to work independently
  
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
