The Pricing Clerk provides administrative and data entry support to the Pricing team by ensuring customer pricing information, contracts, and rate agreements are accurately entered, maintained, and updated across multiple operating systems. This role plays a key part in supporting billing accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring pricing information remains current as customer contracts and rate structures change.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Pricing Clerk performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including transferring pricing information between systems, maintaining documentation, verifying data accuracy, and assisting the Pricing team with day-to-day administrative activities. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data are essential for success in this role.
How You’ll Help
Your Skills & Experience:
Minimum of secondary education, with preference of post-secondary education (general stream), or a combination of education and experience.
One to two years of bookkeeping, administrative, data entry, or office support experience.
Experience within the transportation, logistics, or freight industry is considered an asset.
Basic computer skills required.
Communication skills - advanced
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn and work within multiple business systems and web-based applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
