In Bromont, you will contribute directly to the development and optimization of electrical and optical tests within a high‑tech manufacturing environment. The Test Professional plays a key role bridging development, production, and continuous improvement activities. This position offers strong technical exposure and tangible opportunities to influence product quality and robustness.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrically characterize integrated circuits and MEMS products
• Design, develop, and qualify electrical and optical tests
• Develop, improve, and qualify MEMS test equipment in collaboration with the test team
• Participate in the design of new dedicated test systems
• Monitor test equipment in production and analyze problematic production lots
• Propose and implement process improvements and new test methodologies
• Initiate corrective actions related to electrical or process issues
• Generate and maintain documentation required for production release
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges
• Improve test equipment performance, robustness, and measurement reliability

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Engineering or Science (required)
• Knowledge of control software and test automation (required)
• Knowledge of electrical testing for integrated circuits and/or MEMS (required)
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail (required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (required)
• Experience with MEMS processes or semiconductor manufacturing (asset)
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (asset)
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience (asset)
• Functional proficiency in English, spoken and written (required)
