The HIDI Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our Electrical team.
This role is ideal for a consulting engineer who enjoys leading projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and taking ownership from design through construction. You'll work closely with senior leadership while building the technical, project management, and client relationship skills that prepare you for future leadership opportunities.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Associate or Principal, the Electrical Project Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of electrical engineering projects while supporting the technical development of the project team.
This role combines technical design, project management, client communication, and team coordination to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to HIDI's quality standards.
