The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Team by organizing information, preparing proposals and documentation, and coordinating communication across departments. The role helps the team stay focused on clients by keeping details organized, deadlines tracked, and managing the background work that keeps deals progressing.
Success in this role the sales team is prepared, submissions go out on time, and leadership has the information they need because you have taken proactive steps. You keep details organized and moving, allowing others to focus on client relationships and strategy. Over time, fewer last-minute requests occur because you anticipated what was needed.

What You Bring to the Table
Technical Skills
2+ years in a coordination, administrative, project support, or sales support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Expertise in creating professional and engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
Clear written communication and professional email etiquette
Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to changing priorities
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is an asset

Proactively communicate and follow up as needed with minimal intervention
Take ownership of tasks and delegate tasks as needed
Support others to stay on task and prepared with documentation coordination
Be detailed oriented and have a knack for ensuring consistency
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and format proposals, qualification packages, and supporting documentation
Coordinate internal approvals and required signatures
Track opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirements
Gather information from operations, estimating, safety, and finance teams
Maintain organized records of submissions and client requirements
Assist Sales VP and team with meeting preparation and follow ups
Manage document templates and standard company information packages
Support prequalification and vendor registration processes
Coordinate communication between departments related to opportunities
Support trade shows, industry events, lunch and learns, or client facing meetings by coordinate logistics including materials, registrations, schedules, and follow up activities
