POSITION OVERVIEW:

Quick Service Cooks have the opportunity to work and receive valuable training in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes:

• Performing food preparation for Quick Service stations located on the concourse level with a focus on quality, food preparation standards and consistency


• Implementing and enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the kitchen


• Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times


• Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.


• Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time


• A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)


• Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset


• Completion of Food Safe Certificate is an asset


• Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit with a minimum of 8 months of validity remaining


• This is an onsite role at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver
