Objectives of this
Role

Receive and convert
leads in a timely manner
Develop and work
with clients to fulfil their real estate needs
Determine
property value through skilled comparative
market analysis
Develop business
networks and collaborate with contractors, mortgage lenders,
and lawyers
Develop expert
knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market
standards, mortgage financing, neighbourhoods, schools, and
all buying and selling considerations
Advise clients on
market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements,
and related matters.
Accompany buyers
during visits to and inspections of the property, and advise
them on the suitability and value of the property they are
visiting.
Prepare documents
such as representation contracts, listing and purchase
agreements, and lease agreements.
Deliver
promotional presentations to current or
prospective customers.
Attend
conventions, seminars, and staff and association
meetings to learn about real estate
markets.

Requirements

Ontario
Real Estate License
(required)

Post
secondary diploma or degree

Knowledge of local
area and properties

Strong
sales, negotiation, and communication
skills

A
solid understanding of the difference between empathy and
sympathy and customer service and customer
experience.

Bonus if
you have strong connections with mortgage
originators/banks, title companies, real estate
lawyers, architects, and
contractors

Availability

Weekdays, evenings
and weekend availability
Fulfill office duty
obligations

Location

Barrie /
Simcoe County

Ability
to reliably commute or plan to relocate before
starting work (required)
