Position Overview
§ Answering phones and warm transferring to appropriate person
§ Greeting visitors and staff
§ Sort mail and distribute; arrange couriers
§ Cheque handling and tracking
§ Managing central e-mail boxes
§ Assist with building maintenance/security including health & safety
§ Maintain inventory of supplies and restock/order as needed
§ Other duties as assigned within the Technical Support Services department
Position Requirements
§ Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
§ Strong organization and time management skills
§ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
§ Strong team player â ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
§ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Applied Epic is an asset
