Job Description - Referral Ambassador

REFERRAL AMBASSADOR

Rutherford International's ReferralNET is an online Peer2Peer referral platform that uncovers talent through a network of industry ambassadors. Employed in their respective industry, Ambassadors are experientially skilled experts, industry professionals, association representatives and thought leaders.

Ambassadors receive a variety of monetary awards and bonuses for recommending candidates that rank high on the short-list of our posted assignments. We also pay rewards to Ambassadors for referrals leading to a successful project.

We're seeking to expand our Referral Ambassador programme in the various industries listed on the Rutherford International website @ http://bit.ly/ReferralNET. Ambassadors earn passive income along with becoming known by peers as conduits for career opportunities.

Our Ideal Referral Ambassador:

Is a known industry thought leader, association executive, experienced professional and influencer,

Genuinely wants to improve individuals career development and industry knowledge within their business and social networks,

Seeks to have a noticeable impact on their profession and industry

Open to participating in regional, national and international online community discussions spanning a variety trending topics

Gets excited about the potential of technology to deliver best practices across international boundaries

Participates occasionally in Rutherford International video chats and roundtable discussions on industry trends.
