REGISTERED NURSE

Temporary Part-time 

(Approximately 3 months with possible extension)

Bancroft, ON 

The County of Hastings is currently accepting applications for a Temporary Part-Time Registered Nurses in the Nursing Department at Hastings Centennial Manor Long Term Care Home in Bancroft, Ontario.   

DUTIES    

•    Nursing and related work dealing with staff supervision in the care of the elderly

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Must possess a Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
•    Must have the demonstrated ability to:
o    Provide the appropriate care to meet the needs of the elderly
o    Effectively supervise the staff under his/her direction
o    Effectively communicate with management, fellow  employees, the elderly and the general public
o    Accurately follow established procedures and verbal instructions, and to carry out any and all assigned duties
o    Regularly and punctually attend work

HOURS OF WORK:    All Shifts

WAGE RANGE:          $41.89 - $56.00 per hour + 13% in lieu of benefits + 6% vacation per pay (recent and related experience taken into consideration)
