Accounts Payable Clerk (Philippines-based)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk based in the Philippines. This role requires familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations and a strong ability to manage daily AP transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record vendor invoices and expense reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance/Operations


• Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve invoice discrepancies


• Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records


• Assist with weekly and monthly AP reporting and reconciliations


• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues


• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts payable records


• Support the finance team in audits and compliance checks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations (ERP)


• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines


• Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications


• Good communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in handling US clients


• Familiarity with international or US invoice process
