This is a fully remote, full-time position working from home while supporting customers during some of their most important moments. As ClaimsAlert operates 24/7, the majority of scheduled hours are during the evenings, all weekend and statutory holidays.

As a ClaimsAlert Agent, you will be the trusted first point of contact for customers experiencing an unexpected loss or incident. You will gather and document claim details, provide immediate support and reassurance to policyholders, and ensure claims are accurately routed to the appropriate insurance provider for prompt resolution.

Your ability to communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and deliver an outstanding customer experience will make a meaningful difference during critical moments for our customers.

This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.

The salary is $39,000 to $43,000.  and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.

Work Environment:
ClaimsAlert operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supporting insurance customers across Canada whenever they need assistance.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required


• Call Centre experience is an asset


• Experience in insurance, automotive, restoration, construction, or related industries is an asset
