Labourer - Premium

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently recruiting for a motivated and safety-focused Labourer to join our team at the Tse Zul Camp in Faro, Yukon. Reporting to the designated Supervisor, the Labourer is responsible for supporting the maintenance, operations, and overall upkeep of the camp facilities and surrounding grounds. This role assists with a variety of general labour, maintenance, material handling, and site support activities while ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and employees.

This is a remote camp position working on a rotational schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off, with accommodations, meals, and travel support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties in support of camp operations and maintenance activities.
• Assist with facility repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance projects.
• Operate equipment and tools safely, including skid steers, loaders, forklifts, snow blowers, lawn maintenance equipment, and other site equipment as required.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials, supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Support grounds maintenance activities, including snow removal, sanding, landscaping, and site cleanup.
• Assist tradespersons and maintenance personnel with various projects and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report deficiencies or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain work areas, storage areas, and camp grounds in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist with waste management and recycling programs.
• Follow all company, client, and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required inspections, checklists, and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of camp operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of labourer, maintenance, construction, facilities, or camp operations experience.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, loaders, forklifts, or similar equipment is considered an asset.
• Current safety certifications such as Standard First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, CSTS, WHMIS, or other relevant certifications are considered an asset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a remote camp environment.
• Professional and respectful communication skills when interacting with guests, clients, and coworkers.
