The position combines product leadership, technical expertise, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.

Working in a remote environment, you will influence product direction and help establish best practices for experimentation, AI adoption, and product-led growth.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing web platforms, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and business growth.
- Lead product development initiatives by collaborating with engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, and data teams to deliver impactful web experiences.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, priorities, and decisions that enable efficient execution.
- Partner with engineering leadership to improve web architecture, scalability, and technical capabilities that support rapid experimentation and innovation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to web platform health, user acquisition, conversion, and overall product performance.
- Leverage analytics, experimentation, competitive research, and customer insights to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
- Drive AI-first product transformation by evaluating AI solutions, improving workflow automation, and defining standards for AI-enabled experiences.
- Influence cross-functional strategies by communicating product vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving business outcomes.
- Promote product excellence through best practices in experimentation, AI governance, and product-led growth methodologies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in web product management, ideally within SaaS or product-led growth environments, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and data-driven product initiatives.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, customer needs, and strategies for improving engagement and conversion.
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions, automating workflows, or improving AI readiness within digital products.
- Strong technical understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and modern product development practices.
- Experience using analytics and experimentation platforms such as Amplitude, Eppo, or similar tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and make informed technical trade-offs when designing scalable systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and drive accountability across teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience conducting market research, analyzing trends, and using insights to guide product strategy.
