Retail Store Supervisor - Mons Royale Whistler

We are looking for our next Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at our Whistler Flagship Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products. Assist the manager to lead the team, take part ownership of the store and its success

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to deliver strong sales results and exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, providing guidance, feedback, and day-to-day support to team members.
• Assist with maintaining a positive, engaging store environment that reflects company standards and delivers an outstanding customer experience.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory, and maintaining store standards.
• Help motivate the team to achieve sales goals and business targets while identifying opportunities to improve performance and productivity.

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail and supervisory or leadership experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a small team.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and a quick learner with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
• Ability to support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and team performance.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, Merino wool and/or Mons products is an asset.
• Genuine passion for sustainability and the outdoors, with the ability to embody and communicate our company values.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
