RV Service Technician (Journeyman or Experienced Equivalent)

Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest coast-to-coast RV dealership network. We’re a national brand with local roots, powered by a team of passionate technicians and RV enthusiasts. At our Airdrie, AB dealership, we’re looking for a Journeyman RV Technician (Red Seal preferred) who loves hands-on, problem-solving work.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Every day is different. You’ll work on a wide range of RVs from towable trailers to luxury motorhomes, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading systems that bring comfort to the open road.

• Perform safety inspections and pre-delivery checks


• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, propane, and HVAC systems


• Install accessories, upgrades, hitches, and wiring


• Troubleshoot appliance, gas, and water issues


• Keep accurate service records and collaborate with a supportive service team


• Deliver excellent customer service when needed

💪 What You Bring

• Red Seal Certification - RV Service Technician


• 5+ years’ experience in hands-on service or repair


• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability


• Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail


• Team-first attitude and reliability


• Willingness to work some Saturdays during peak season
