This role is best suited for an energetic and enthusiastic self -starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. While having digital marketing knowledge is helpful, we are more concerned about your sales, prospecting and relationship building skills. Our team will be providing digital marketing training to the successful candidate.

Position Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Strategist, you will:

• Identify leads and connect with prospective clients
  
• Utilize calls, emails, direct messages and networking methods to connect with​ prospects
  
• Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients
  
• Work with our team of digital marketing strategists to provide solutions
• Create and present proposals to prospects
  
• Win as many deals as possible
  
• Follow up with clients to receive referrals and pursue new opportunities
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Telesales experience - can't be afraid to pick up the phone
  
• Self -motivated and career -minded with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  
• Exceptional skills in client -communication with proven ability to build quick, strong relationships
  
• Self -manager with strong time -management skills and an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy
  
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  
• Bilingual English/French an asset
  

Desired qualifications:

• Experience reaching or exceeding monthly activity goals/quotas
  
• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency considered an asset
  
• Previous experience in an outbound call center considered an asset
  
• An existing network or portfolio of clients you can reach out to
