We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and elevate our dealership sales team. In this role, you will partner closely with dealership leadership to grow revenue, strengthen market position, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will set the tone for performance, accountability, and team development while helping shape strategies that support sustainable growth and long-term success.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed unit, revenue, and customer experience targets.
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.
• Partner with the General Manager and National Sales Development Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, local marketing initiatives, and growth plans.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions that improve results, retention, and market share.
• Support recruitment, development, and retention of top sales talent while fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service and that concerns are resolved effectively.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to create a seamless dealership experience.

• Proven leadership success in sales, ideally within RV, automotive, powersports, or another customer-focused dealership environment.
• A strong track record of coaching teams, driving performance, and growing revenue.
• Strategic thinking, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate goals into action.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
