Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, this position will create the master scheduling plan of all casino staff and will understand the casino business model and importance of staffing to deliver on service expectations of our casino guests.
Administering all facets of scheduling in the casino (i.e. call-ins, missed shifts, tardiness, shift exchanges, and filling schedule vacancies). Additionally, this position is accountable for collecting and reporting of casino lost time, data trends and behaviors, and ensuring compliance with scheduling rules, labour laws, and SIGA policies. Administering daily reconciliation routines for timecards. Keeping up-to-date on casino marketing initiatives. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.
A minimum of two years’ experience in scheduling and time and attendance systems. Knowledge of Employment Standards and Labour Law. Knowledge of casino environment One-year post-secondary certificate in Office or Business Administration
