The Scheduler and Finance Administrator supports the effective delivery of Tribunal operations by coordinating scheduling activities, providing administrative support to Tribunal Members and the Chair, and administering financial processes including budgeting, procurement, contract administration, invoice processing, and expenditure reconciliation. The role ensures compliance with Government of Alberta (GoA) policies and procedures while supporting the efficient operation of Tribunal service.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Tribunal's mandate by ensuring hearings, mediations, and administrative processes are coordinated efficiently and effectively. Through strong scheduling, financial administration, policy compliance, and stakeholder support, you will help maintain the timely, fair, and independent delivery of dispute resolution services while contributing to the overall success of Tribunal operations.

High school diploma plus three years of related experience in providing administrative support, scheduling, coordinating calendars and processing invoices.
Equivalencies
Equivalencies will be considered on the basis of one year experience for one year of education or one year of education for one year of experience.

One (1) full-time Temporary (12 months) position available.
This position reports 36.25 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.
This position is located at 9888 Jasper Building, 9888 Jasper Avenue Street, Edmonton.
This position must be worked full-time in office.
Final candidates will be required to undergo a security screening.
