Security Guard - Federal Government Auxiliary Guarding

Ready to suit up as a Federal Security Guard

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to stay alert, assess your surroundings, recognize potential risks and respond professionally when situations change. Your attention to detail, sound judgment and ability to remain composed under pressure will be key to your success.

As a Federal Security Guard, you’ll take on a dynamic role supporting security operations across a variety of environments and situations throughout Vancouver Island. No two deployments are necessarily the same — you may be called upon to secure designated areas, control access, monitor activity, maintain detailed logs and help protect the integrity of an active scene or emergency operation.

This is an opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to take their career beyond traditional static security. You’ll work in an environment where professionalism, vigilance, communication and attention to detail truly matter.

You’ll collaborate with operational personnel, respond to changing environments and play an important role in maintaining safe and secure areas during critical events. The position may involve day, evening, overnight, weekend and emergency deployments, making flexibility and reliability essential.

If you thrive in environments where every shift can be different, your observations matter and your actions contribute to a larger operation, this could be the opportunity for you.
