Senior Account Management Specialist, Independent Fuels

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Account Management Specialist on a permanent basis on our Energy Sales & Marketing team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity with preference for candidates located in Saskatoon, SK.

Join our Energy Sales & Marketing team as a Senior Account Management Specialist, Independent Fuels! This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading marketing initiatives. 

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate and negotiate multi-year TEMPO, Western Nations, and reseller agreements by assessing volume, financial, market, and environmental factors. 
• Determine branding and funding support requirements, mitigated account risk through strategic contract negotiations, and secured approvals for dealer assistance programs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales Advisors, local Co-ops, and Sales Program Management to resolve contract negotiations and amendments while protecting FCL and Co-op interests.
• Partner with the Sales Program Manager and Marketing & Communications to develop promotional and sales enablement solutions that support network growth and increase fuel volume.
• Collaborate with Fuel and C-Store teams to develop and execute TEMPO and Western Nations convenience store programs.

Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with and will report into the Program Manager, Independent Fuels and will work with a team of Specialist and Advisors. 

The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Energy business unit including Sales Advisors, Marketing and local Co-ops.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Business Development and:

• Have 6-9 years experience in contract agreements, sales or marketing.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in business; other degrees will also be considered (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and a strong analytical thinker.
