We’re looking for a Senior Architect (Project Manager) to lead the delivery of complex, large‑scale architectural projects that make a lasting impact on communities. This role offers the opportunity to guide projects from planning through completion, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a studio culture that values design excellence, sustainability, and people.
How you'll make a difference:
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex architectural projects, overseeing planning, technical production, and contract administration
- Assume full responsibility for project scope, budgets, schedules, and financial performance, ensuring predictable outcomes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants to achieve efficient, high‑quality, and cost‑effective execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships
- Guide teams through complex technical challenges, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and sustainability
- Support and lead project pursuits, including RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals, and work planning
- Mentor and inspire teams while advancing project delivery best practices, technical standards, and inclusive leadership
- Partner with DIALOG leadership to build and manage trusted client relationships, including coordination with authorities having jurisdiction
Who you are:
- 12+ years of experience managing institutional or government architectural projects, including large‑scale work (>$100M construction value)
- Professional degree in Architecture required; master’s degree and registration (or eligibility) preferred
- Proven project manager capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and consultants with minimal supervision
- Strong technical background with hands‑on understanding of delivery tools and workflows (Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, MS Office, MS Project)
- Organized, decisive leader with excellent client communication and risk‑management skills
- Experience supporting project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals)
- LEED AP or similar sustainability credential considered an asset
