The Bigger Picture…

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable team player to come on board as a Senior Business Support Specialist. In this role you will help deliver administrative support to our agricultural and commercial lending teams.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity open to our Regina, Moosomin, Assiniboia, Saskatoon and Humboldt branch locations.

How You’ll Be Spending Your Time

• Loan administration which includes, but is not limited to document preparation, understanding lending law and security, margining, completing annual reviews and advancing funds.


• Interacting with team members, Conexus Business Solutions, lawyers and insurance companies to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback.


• Ensuring there’s a healthy balance between opportunity, risk, growth and profitability for Conexus.

The Way People Describe You

You are a talented multi-tasker that can prioritize and manage your time effectively. Your experience in the financial industry, and exposure to lending, make you a financial ace. You not only pay attention to detail, but you love working with documentation to ensure it’s complete and accurate. In addition, you are a creative and analytical thinker who actively seeks opportunities for improvements and forward thinking. Finally, you are someone who demonstrates initiative in their work, excels at independent problem-solving and maintains a meticulous approach in adhering to policies and procedures.

The Experience You Bring

• Understanding of business structures and entities


• 1 to 2 years experience in commercial / agricultural lending or support


• Experience working with financial statements

Salary range

$62,110 to $77,640 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
