Job Summary: Syntax is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Senior Digital Manufacturing Consultant to join our SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) Team in North America. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation of SAP Digital Manufacturing.


• Act as a functional consultant throughout all phases of the SAP Activate project.


• Prepare for and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to assess customer needs and solution fit.


• Coordinate and execute configuration tasks that support SAP DM implementation projects.


• Assist with the integration of Digital Manufacturing with other SAP modules, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Inventory Management (IM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and machine/device integration.


• Provide support for customer training, testing, and post-implementation assistance.


• Collaborate with team members to enhance expertise in SAP DM solutions.


• Support presales demonstrations and workshops to showcase SAP DM capabilities.


• Demonstrate initiative and ownership in all assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.


• Strongly preferred experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations.


• A passion for learning new SAP technologies and implementing innovative projects.


• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations across North America.


• Preferred experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.


• SAP and industry certifications are a plus.
