The Radio-Canada Productions division in Montreal is seeking a Senior Director, Operations, who will lead a team of managers, supervisors and unionized employees to provide production services to programming partners, meet divisional goals and, ultimately, deliver high-quality content to Canadians.
You will oversee all technical operations and strategic planning. This includes cultivating strong business relationships with internal and external partners, suppliers and content teams, as well as negotiating and finalizing agreements and partnerships on behalf of Radio-Canada. The successful candidate must manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of human, physical and financial resources.
You will work with your immediate supervisor and direct reports on strategies, improvement plans and transformation plans, and will be asked to collaborate on senior management projects/initiatives. You will also provide project leadership and contribute directly to the division’s strategic repositioning.
