Senior Executive, Business Insights

Report To

Manager, Upgrade and Business Insights

Role Purpose

Support the execution and coordination of revenue development initiatives across Revenue Management Department (RMD) and key Commercial units by providing analytical insights, project coordination, performance tracking, and cross-functional support to enable effective revenue planning and strategy implementation.

Key Accountabilities

• Support revenue management initiatives and cross-functional activities aligned with the Commercial division's strategic objectives.


• Coordinate with Business Units to monitor project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely execution and alignment with agreed plans.


• Assist in tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue performance, preparing reports, consolidating data, and highlighting performance gaps or issues for management review.


• Support the implementation and monitoring of revenue development initiatives by coordinating project activities, facilitating approvals, maintaining project documentation, and tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle, including post-implementation reviews.


• Coordinate recurring meetings, working sessions, and management forums by preparing presentation materials, recording action items, maintaining action trackers, and following up on outstanding deliverables, risks, and dependencies.


• Prepare revenue analyses, business performance reports, and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.


• Assist in reviewing and improving existing processes, systems, policies, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy within the Revenue Management function.


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support revenue planning activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned initiatives.


• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records while ensuring compliance with internal procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and governance requirements.


• Perform other analytical, reporting, and project coordination duties as assigned to support the Revenue Management team and Commercial objectives.

Qualification & Working Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerical discipline (e.g., Economics) , Business, Accounting or Science & Information Technology


• 2-4 Years working experience

Area of Experience

• Experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Planning, Business Planning, Strategy, or Financial Analysis, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.


• Experience in revenue forecasting, performance reporting, KPI tracking, and business analysis to support commercial decision-making.


• Exposure to cross-functional project coordination, working with multiple stakeholders to execute initiatives and monitor deliverables.


• Experience in preparing management presentations, business cases, and executive-level reports with strong attention to detail.

Personality Traits

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and revenue management systems is an added advantage.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and present findings effectively.


• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
