Senior IT Project Manager, Ecommerce Operations

Triumph Advertising has clients in the e-commerce, i-gaming and wholesale manufacturing space. As an advertising company, our core offering is advertising services including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, e-mail and native adds.

This company also manages advertising and e-commerce funnels for some of the largest direct to consumer digital supplement advertisers in the world.

This position will report directly to the COO of the organization. In this role you will join a highly skilled group of project professionals working across the organization to contribute to the following areas:

• Project Management: You will play a key role in business transformation by leading large-scale strategic initiatives across the organization. You will lead and manage project teams spanning multiple business units from conception to operational handover, while ensuring that business results are achieved.
  

• Strategic Consulting & Advice: You will assist in leading assessments to evaluate new opportunities and will provide strategic input to business decisions.
  


• Coaching: You will help build project skills/workflows and processes throughout the organization through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  


• MUST HAVE experience working with Off Shore Teams.

• Provide project management direction and guidance to project teams, adhering to proven project management methodologies including Agile Scrum methodologies and processes
  


• Project management experience within the SDLC
  


• Define and manage the project charter, budget, scope and project management plan
  


• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
  


• Oversee operational management of project resources
  


• Review and provide input on project documentation
  


• Establish performance measures for project members and provide meaningful and timely feedback.
  


• Collaborate with resource / functional managers to effectively resource projects and on the review and analysis of key business processes relating to their project
  


• Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  


• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
  


• Develop and support innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business that align with system architecture and strategic goals
  


• Provide regular updates and information to project stakeholders regarding project progress and emerging issue
  


• The following qualifications are important to be successful in the role:
  
  
  
  • 6+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry
    
  
  
  • Prior experience leading large-scale core technology platform transformations
    
  
  
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
