What We're Looking For:
Zebra's Wearable Solutions business unit focuses on developing compact, small form factored wearables products and advanced AI solutions that runs on these devices to enable enterprise customers run their operations with increased productivity.Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Required to understand the components of the AI development lifecycle from both a development and GTM perspective
Experienced in Solution development made up of firmware, BSP, Applications/utilities for Android and iOS, cloud development, software/services integration.
Demonstrated technical leadership in managing the challenges for wearable products/solution in area of Human factors, UI/UX, integrating AI/ML capabilities into power-constrained edge devices etc.
Demonstrates the ability to see cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans and execution.
Expert in end-to-end plan development for NPI including marketing, launch planning, supply chain/manufacturing, post sell support/repair services etc.
Experience in contract/SOW management, strategic supplier relationship management to ensure business continuity and alignment
Experienced in managing a budget of up to $15M for business unit, demonstrated financial acumen with experience in annual budget creation, quarterly forecasting, and management of accruals and invoicing
Experienced in industry standard Program/solution lifecycle management processes and ISO compliance
Demonstrated experience in architecting and executing digital transformation initiatives by leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to drive process efficiencies, solve complex business problems, and deliver measurable value
Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid critical thinking and questioning skills
Self-motivated, results driven, manages risks, and thrives in an environment of uncertainty and continuous innovation.
Ability to drive definition and creation of solutions from skeleton use cases
Experienced team builder, great at collaboration and managing resources; proven interpersonal skills
Advanced expertise with software development best practices including Scaled Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration; a track record of applying these methodologies
Advanced expertise working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges, expert in risk management practices

Pay Range:
$140,240.00 - $190,240.00 AnnualIncentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 20% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.Total Rewards:
