You will play a key role in helping organizations understand and maximize the value of their collaboration investments. This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the Customer Insights domain, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer needs.

  • Own the end-to-end development of analytics and reporting capabilities, from foundational data models to customer-facing dashboards, reports, audit logs, and APIs.

  • Partner with engineering and data teams to establish scalable data foundations, meaningful usage metrics, and reporting frameworks that support customer growth and retention.

  • Drive the development of AI-powered insights experiences, including conversational analytics, proactive recommendations, and intelligent workflows.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to transform product data into compelling customer value narratives that support renewals and account expansion.

  • Engage directly with enterprise administrators, IT leaders, and security stakeholders to validate priorities and ensure product-market fit.

  • Work cross-functionally with adjacent product teams to create seamless experiences across administration, identity management, security, and governance domains.

  • Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into intuitive, actionable product solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products.

  • Strong expertise in data products, with hands-on experience defining data models, instrumentation strategies, key metrics, and reporting frameworks.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams on technical topics such as data pipelines, aggregation strategies, data quality, and scalability considerations.

  • Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and a strong perspective on the future of AI-native analytics and insight-driven experiences.

  • Proven track record of converting complex business problems into successful product solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Experience partnering with customer-facing teams to support customer success, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in evolving and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building enterprise administration, governance, identity and access management, security, compliance, or audit-related products.

  • Background in business intelligence platforms, analytics tools, or data-centric software products.

  • Experience designing and delivering customer-facing APIs for analytics, reporting, or data access use cases.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package with a target compensation range of $160,000–$215,000 CAD equivalent, based on experience, location, and qualifications.

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.

  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.

  • Opportunity to work on innovative AI-powered and data-driven products at enterprise scale.

  • High visibility and ownership within a strategic product area.

  • Collaborative, cross-functional, and mission-driven work culture.

  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving product organization.

  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and providing reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process and employment lifecycle.
