The Senior Project Manager, Technology Infrastructure Construction Delivery is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology infrastructure components within construction, renovation, relocation, and workplace transformation initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between Technology Infrastructure, Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS), business stakeholders, vendors, architects, contractors, and technology service teams to ensure technology requirements are integrated into all phases of the construction lifecycle.
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership across complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives involving network infrastructure, audiovisual systems, workplace technologies, security systems, end-user services, telecommunications, data center requirements, and technology-enabled workplace solutions. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives, technology standards, and enterprise governance practices.

Expected salary range : $91,058 - $141,000+
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.â
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.â
