A little about the role…

As a Senior SEO Specialist at Konstruct, you’ll be working alongside our Accounts & Strategy team to guide the SEO & GEO tactics required to deliver game-changing results for our clients. You will perform keyword research, review and analyze data, create long-term strategy roadmaps, present results to clients, identify trends, and work with our content team to create effective SEO/GEO content for our clients. As a senior team member, you’ll be expected to guide strategy and resolve client issues, along with mentoring and guiding junior team members.

A little about you…

Your Experience:

• You have 5+ years of experience working as an SEO (despite your family having no idea what this is when you tell them what you do).


• Expert knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO and off-site SEO strategies.


• Significant experience in growing search traffic, conversions and revenue for clients across an array of industries.


• You’ve forgotten more about how to grow organic search traffic than most people will ever know.


• Expert-level experience with SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Semush, Ahrefs, SERP APIs, Screaming Frog, query fan-out simulators and others.


• You are an expert at developing GEO/AEO-focused strategies and possess research skills dedicated to AI search. 


• You are well-versed in HTML, CSS, JSON, and have worked with a WordPress website before.


• Have successfully created, delivered and overseen the creation of SEO/GEO/AEO strategies.


• Expert-level experience in client communications. Proven ability to create strong sentiment and navigate situations with disgruntled clients. 


• Expert knowledge in data analysis as it relates to SEO/GEO/AEO strategies and client goals, and effectively communicating findings.


• Experience driving innovative processes that have improved service delivery and client results.

Job Perks:

• Salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 (subject to experience)
