Position: Special Projects Software Engineers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$200/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Mercor team on special projects to enhance software solutions.
• Evaluate and improve AI model training and performance.
• Develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Shape and refine AI model outputs for optimal results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering.
• Strong skills in AI model development.
