Core Responsabilities
Lead administration of core infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS, Office 365, Fortinet, and more.
Manage and optimize on-prem and cloud systems across 30+ locations in Canada.
Support and mentor other ICT team members (e.g., Junior SysAdmin, Support Analyst).
Implement best practices for security, patching, backups, and performance monitoring.
Drive infrastructure design for new sites, acquisitions, and special projects.
Own documentation: SOPs, system architecture, DR/BCP, compliance standards.
Must-Have Technical Proficiency
Hybrid Infrastructure
Windows Server 2016-2022, AD (multi-site), DNS/DHCP, GPO hardening
Azure AD / Entra ID (identity security, conditional access, sync)
Experience with SQL-based ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 a strong asset)
Printing systems, document workflows, and MFP intergration
