What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same, but your main focus will always be creating great experiences for our guests:

• Guest Engagement: Chat with customers, recommend local favourites, and suggest food pairings.


• Till & Checkout: Deliver friendly, efficient service at the register.


• Merchandising & Stocking: Receive orders, unload pallets, and keep the sales floor looking great.


• Inventory & Warehouse: Keep product stocked, organized, and ready for guests.

Who We’re Looking For

You don't need to be a master sommelier on day one - we’ll teach you! We’re looking for team members who bring energy and passion to the floor:

• Customer-First Attitude: You enjoy helping people and making connections.


• Retail or Hospitality Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus.


• Product Curiosity: A strong interest in wine, craft beer, cider, or spirits (and an eagerness to keep learning!).


• Physical Readiness: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical inventory work.


• Flexibility: Available to work evenings and weekends.
