Shift Leader - PARK Distillery Restaurant & Bar

We’re seeking Shift Leaders to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Gather 'round for campfire-inspired cuisine and wood-fired rotisserie specialties paired with our award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. What You Have:

• ProServe certification
• Previous serving and bartending experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule required
• Strong work ethic and a positive team player
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset

Shift Leader

Shift leaders ensure a smooth running of restaurant service in assistance to the GM and AGM. This includes, but is not limited to liaising with FOH & BOH teams, handling customer concerns & complaints, setting up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members.
