This role is responsible for shaping and executing engaging social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and foster meaningful audience engagement across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving community interaction, promoting healthcare services, and supporting broader marketing initiatives in a purpose-driven organization. Working closely with marketing and communications teams, you will help translate brand priorities into creative, high-performing content. Accountabilities:
- Design and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and organizational goals
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximize engagement and reach
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on integrated campaigns and initiatives
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including text, images, and videos across platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards
- Schedule and manage content calendars using social media management tools
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to optimize engagement and conversion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong content creation skills with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Basic video filming and editing skills
- Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
