The Specialist plays a key role within the Recurring Products & Donor Engagement team, supporting the development and execution of multi-channel donor engagement and stewardship campaigns focused on existing supporters. Responsible for end-to-end campaign coordination, the Specialist works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns that strengthen donor relationships, improve retention, and support revenue growth through effective marketing, communications, project management, and performance optimization.

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $ 50,000 and $ 62,000. We comprehensively evaluate a variety of factors to determine fair compensation, including experience, specific job-related skills, and relevant educational or professional training.
