We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of JetStream across EMEA.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you'll work closely with NetApp and Microsoft sales teams to drive adoption of JetStream's cloud disaster recovery and cyber resilience solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business and revenue growth across EMEA.


• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.


• Develop trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.


• Partner with NetApp and Microsoft field teams to identify and close opportunities.


• Position JetStream's disaster recovery and cyber resilience solutions to customers.


• Deliver compelling business and technical value propositions.


• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to ensure customer success.


• Represent NetApp at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences.

Job Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, or technology sales.


• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.


• Experience selling solutions related to: Data Protection/Backup & Recovery/Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity/Cyber Resilience


• Understanding of cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure.


• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Microsoft sales teams or the Azure ecosystem.


• Knowledge of cloud disaster recovery or ransomware recovery solutions.


• Familiarity with storage, virtualization, or data management technologies.


• Experience working with channel or strategic partners.
