About the Role



We are hiring a Staffing Coordinator in Mississauga. We seek energetic, customer-focused individuals with a sales mindset to match temporary associates with client needs and drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities



• Recruit, interview, and place temporary associates.



• Supervise and support associates on assignment.



• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.



• Ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.



• Source candidates via recruitment channels and social media.



• Conduct background checks.






Requirements



Qualifications



• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.



• Minimum two years experience in staffing, HR, or a related field.



• Knowledge of employment laws (training provided).



• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
