Store Coordinator, Tim Hortons

We’re Hiring! Join Our Team as a Store Coordinator

This is a Monday–Friday position and is ideal for someone with previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or quick-service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assist with leading, training, coaching, and supervising team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.


• Customer Service: Ensure customers receive friendly, professional, and prompt service. Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a positive and professional manner.


• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and help minimize waste while ensuring products and supplies are always available.


• Scheduling: Assist with preparing and managing employee schedules based on business needs while maintaining appropriate staffing and controlling labour costs.


• Daily Operations: Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities, including cash handling, payroll, reporting, and other store-related tasks.


• Health & Safety: Ensure all employees follow health, safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards and procedures.


• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and consistency.


• Sales & Promotions: Assist with implementing in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and sales.


• Team Support: Lead by example, maintain a positive work environment, and help ensure the team works together effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or coordinator role, preferably within a fast-food, quick-service, or restaurant environment.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Additional business, hospitality, or management education is considered an asset.


• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team leader.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, Monday–Friday.


• Fast-paced restaurant environment.


• Extended periods of standing and walking.


• Frequent interaction with customers and team members.


• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Must be comfortable working in a busy environment and handling multiple priorities.
