Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join Kerry’s team. This role serves as a trusted advisor, working with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to support effective hiring across the region. Key aspects include managing multiple recruitment projects, building stakeholder relationships, and addressing future talent needs.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the full recruitment process for various roles, deliver market insights, and help strengthen Kerry’s employer brand. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, managing offers, ensuring a strong candidate experience, staying updated with industry trends, and supporting diversity and inclusion.

The pay range for this position is 70,000- 105,000 CAD in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
