Job Description - Talent Operations Specialist

If you love learning, enjoy solving problems, and get energized by change, this could be the perfect opportunity.

No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be launching a recruitment campaign, the next helping improve a recruiting process, supporting a system enhancement, analyzing data, or coordinating a national talent initiative.

  • Support recruiting activities, sourcing efforts, and national hiring projects

  • Assist with the implementation, optimization, and adoption of talent technologies and systems

  • Identify smarter, faster ways of working through process improvement and automation

  • Analyze data, conduct research, and provide insights to support decision-making

  • Coordinate projects, communications, training resources, and change initiatives

  • Contribute to employee engagement, talent programs, and other strategic HR initiatives

  • Help attract top talent through recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

  • Assist with implementation of new initiatives and programs

What Will Make You Successful as a Talent Operations Specialist

You are someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities

  • Has a strong systems and process mindset

  • Is naturally curious and continuously looks for better ways of working

  • Can balance multiple projects simultaneously

  • Is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a national team

  • Pays attention to details without losing sight of the bigger picture

  • Embraces technology and enjoys learning new tools

Talent Operations Specialist Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field

  • Exposure to talent acquisition practices

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems

  • Experience with HR, ATS, CRM, or other business systems considered an asset

  • Fully bilingual in English and French to support our internal clients across Canada

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

  • Experience with AI, automation tools, reporting, or data analysis

This role is for you...

If you're someone who enjoys variety, loves learning, and wants to make an impact across multiple areas of Talent and HR, we'd love to hear from you.
