Huawei Canada has an immediate 4-month contract opening for a Technology Cooperation Officer. 

About the team:

Initially founded in 1991 as Huawei's ASIC Design Center, the IC Lab is a leading global fabless semiconductor lab. This lab delivers trusted, cutting-edge semiconductor products and services for smart devices, contributing to smart home and mobility solutions. The local team in Canada specializes in semiconductors, and chipset solutions.

About the job:

  • Bring insights and advice to the Technology Cooperation team to identify potential opportunities for industry collaboration

  • Perform ICT-related technology analysis and present the summary to relevant technical teams with good understanding of technical details

Job requirements

About the ideal candidate:

  • MSc or higher degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Good knowledge and experience with EDA tools, CMOS manufacturing process and electric packaging technology

  • Extensive experience in literature review and technology summary

  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills

  • Positive attitude and team player
