Cheffe de Projet Tech – Missions Ponctuelles & Défis Clients

Vous pouvez débarquer dans un contexte inconnu, comprendre les enjeux en un clin d'œil et mener les équipes vers le succès ? Nos clients ont régulièrement besoin de renforts stratégiques pour cadrer des projets complexes, rythmer des lancements ou débloquer des situations critiques directement chez eux. Pas de place pour l'ennui, chaque projet est un nouveau défi.

Le reste du profil (Technos & Qualité)

  Expérience : Vous pilotez et livrez des projets tech ou digitaux d'envergure depuis au moins 3 ans.

  Certification : Vous êtes idéalement certifiée PMP, ou vous maîtrisez parfaitement ses standards pour piloter des projets complexes avec une méthodologie rigoureuse (gestion des risques, budgets, planning, parties prenantes).

  
  


• 
  

  Méthodologies & Outils : Maîtrise des approches traditionnelles (Cycle en V) comme des frameworks Agiles (Scrum, Kanban). Vous dominez les outils de pilotage et de delivery du marché (Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Project).

  Soft Skills : Un leadership naturel, une excellente communication (à l'oral comme à l'écrit) et une forte capacité à dialoguer aussi bien avec des profils très techniques (développeurs, architectes) qu'avec des directions métiers.

Tech Project Manager – Occasional Missions & Client Challenges

You can step into an unfamiliar context, understand the stakes in the blink of an eye, and lead teams to success? Our clients regularly need strategic reinforcements directly on-site to scope complex projects, pace product launches, or unblock critical situations. No room for boredom, every project is a new challenge.

The rest of the profile (Tech & Quality)

  Experience: You have been managing and delivering large-scale tech or digital projects for at least 3 years.

  Certification: You are ideally PMP certified, or you perfectly master its standards to manage complex projects with a rigorous methodology (risk management, budgets, planning, stakeholders).

  Methodologies & Tools: Mastery of traditional approaches (V-Model) as well as Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). You excel in market-leading management and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Project).
