In this role, you will support the day-to-day flow of equipment through our warehouse and back-shop areas. You will help clean, inspect, prepare, move, and track equipment, support shipping and receiving, assist with interbranch transfers, and learn basic assembly and repair tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and open to learning new skills.
What You’ll Do
Disassemble, clean, inspect, and prepare rental and assessment equipment for reissue.
Assist with inventory organization, stock control, and equipment readiness.
Support shipping, receiving, unpacking, inspecting, storing, and preparing equipment.
Prepare outgoing orders and interbranch transfers.
Drive between branches to complete equipment and inventory transfers.
Safely operate a full-sized cargo van and assist with loading and unloading equipment.
Learn basic medical equipment assembly, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and back-shop environment.
What We’re Looking For
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Confidence driving a full-sized cargo van.
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in equipment assembly or repair.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload equipment related to the position.

Nice to Have
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
Forklift training or certification, or willingness to obtain it.
Experience with equipment cleaning, maintenance, assembly, or repair.
