As an Accuracy Control (AC) Engineering Student, you will support laser scanning, point cloud processing, and distortion control analysis while contributing to daily Accuracy Control initiatives that enhance design quality, production efficiency, and overall productivity. Working closely with Production Management, you will coordinate scanning activities and collect data throughout various stages of production. You will then collaborate with Accuracy Control Specialists, Welding Engineering, and Industrial Engineering teams to analyze results, validate design intent, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data-driven insights, gaining valuable hands-on experience with advanced engineering technologies in a dynamic shipbuilding environment.

Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
